Booking your events at With Love Market and Cafe is fast and simple. You can use the booking form below to book the Community Room or Patio per hour or for full day use.

Community Room:

The Community Room is the perfect solution for meetings, presentations, study halls, and more! Use the booking form below to reserve your event today!

Amenities: 

  1. Boardroom table with 6 chairs
  2. 50” Flat screen TV with HDMI cable
  3. White board (may need to provide your own markers)

Rate: $30/hour* or $250 for 9 hours
*First hour is $35, which includes a $5 convenience fee.

Notes / Reservation Rules:

  • Please note that the Community Room is located on the second floor and is only accessible by stairs.

  • Reservations are intended for meetings. If you plan to use the space for filming, a paid event, or another income generating project, please contact us for rental rates.
  • Outside food and drink is not allowed unless previously coordinated with Management.

With Love Market and Cafe Patio:

The Patio is the perfect option for graduations, social events, corporate trainings and parties, and even weddings!

Amenities: 

  1. Seating for up to 60 people, tables and chairs included.
  2. Tables for buffet, check in, gifts, etc.
  3. Outlets for A/V needs

Rate: $75/hour* of $650 for 9 hours
*First hour is $80, which includes a $5 convenience fee.

Booking Instructions

  1. Space Selection – Click on the dropdown to select the Community Room or Patio.
  2. Rate – Click the dropdown to select an hourly or day rate for the space.
  3. Date & Time – According to your selection on the previous screen, day and time options will appear on the calendar. Select the month, year, and duration of your booking using the dropdowns. From the calendar, select a date, and the times available will appear. If you do not see your start time, it means the hour block matching your requested duration has already been booked or the meeting falls outside of store hours.  If your start time is listed, your meeting can be booked.
  4. Your Information – Fill out your contact details.
  5. Payment – Click continue, and complete the checkout process.

Cancellations

Meeting reservations can be canceled with refund up to seven days before your reservation date. With less than seven days notice, all bookings are final and nonrefundable. For a refund, email [email protected] with your reservation time and reason for cancel. Refunds will be issued within five business days of request receipt.
