The card itself is $100 and will be available two weeks after order payment is received. 

• If the card is purchased by credit card – $4 will be added for credit card processing.
• If the card is purchased by check or money order sent in to the store – no additional charge.
• If the card will be picked up in store – no additional charge.
• If the card will be mailed to an address in CA – add $2 for shipping.
